Matlab

The University IT Centre informs that the license for Matlab software has been extended under the Total Academic Headcount (TAH) license. This license enables installation of the software not only on computers belonging to the University, but also on private computers of students and employees. An additional benefit is a very large selection of toolboxes.

The new licence is valid until 30 September 2020. In order to continue using the Matlab software under the TAH license, you will need to update your license file. For the Individual (students) and Campus (WPUT staff) licenses the process must be carried out as follows:

  1. Open MATLAB,
  2. Go to Resources section and choose menu Help > Licensing > Update Current License,
  3. Select your license and press Update,
  4. Once the new license has been successfully activated, you will need to restart the MATLAB software to load the new license.
